long absence

Sorry for being gone for so long. I went on retreat. The good thing is that I've come home with a ton of great quotes from my two retreat masters...John Paul II and Benedict XVI. Let me wet your whistle...

"The (Last) Supper without the Cross, the Cross without the Supper, would be void, but the two without the Resurrection would be the wreck of hope..." Benedict "Journey to Easter"

More to come when I can explain what it was like to be in such a holy place as Hawaii and drink from the wisdom of two spiritual greats. Right now, I need to pause and reflect.
